Nera IT Retail business have been established since 1985. Since then, we are present in almost all SEA countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Philippines. With more than 20 years experience, Nera provides one-stop centre for electronic payment systems, offering various electronic payment devices for credit/charge cards, debit cards, smart-card applications and enterprise networking equipment. In addition to performing the basic payment acceptance in our terminals, Nera’s range of devices can be enabled to support value added services like Electronic Receipt Capture, Email and Advertising.

Having experienced team of engineers, helpdesk personnel and technical officers, we are capable of servicing and maintaining various brands of POS terminals, namely, Hypercom, VeriFone, Ingenico, Spectra and PAX. In year 2002, we duplicated our expertise and infrastructure in the Philippines and have achieved about 15000 terminals maintained as to date.

Issue authorization acquiring by swipe card, or manual key-in card number.
Detail printed receipt with diagnosis code(s), rejected description(s) and
    outstanding amount notification.
Check medical card validity on expiration date, black listed card number and
    diagnosis count.
