Sales Account Executive For In-Building Solutions

The role is to work as the company’s new Sales Account Executive covering and targeting the Hotel industry and property management sector. Working with an excellent database, client list and support infrastructure to ultimately source new business opportunities from clients and gain large profitable projects for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new markets and business opportunities
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to develop opportunities
  • Provide customers with quotations & negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Liase with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers business and requirements
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers
  • Attend team meeting nd sharing best practice with colleagues


  1. Must have Fit-Out experience with close networks with property management, building owners and the likes.
  2. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and when submitting reports
  3. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  4. Enthusiastic, confident and out-going personality
  5. Must be prepared for extensive travel.
  6. With at least three (3) reputable experience on the same industry

Business Unit Head (Infocomm-Enterprise)

General Job Description:

Under the direction of the Country Manager and the Business Area Head, the candidate shall be primarily responsible in the business planning, marketing and sales strategies of the product portfolio and solutions for the business unit. The candidate will focus on growing client coverage of enterprise market to capture potential clients and business opportunities in various industries. Prepares and submit business progress reports to the Business Area Head and the Country Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Sales and Marketing Management

  1. Formulates policies, procedures, and objectives for purposes of marketing and selling the company’s solutions and services.
  2. Supervises, motivates and monitors the performance of the Sales Team.
  3. Creates harmonious working environment, trains and mentors staff and motivates all team members to perform efficiently.
  4. Monitors and reviews project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.
  5. Identifies new business opportunities and develops key accounts to support market expansion.
  6. Develops a full strategic product marketing plan from the time of its conception to launch.
  7. Develops and maintains direct and productive relationship with corresponding principals.
  8. Evaluates problem or possible problem areas and provides solutions as maybe necessary.
  9. Responsible for all estimating and bidding of projects under his management and supervision and oversight of the estimating process for all projects and bid process management.
  10. Approves related project costing pertaining to proposal, bidding, and other financial and commercial offers.
  11. Conducts comprehensive sales, product and corporate presentations to customers.
  12. Works with other business units to ensure organizational goals are achieved.

B. Product Development

  1. Plans, leads, manages and controls the sales planning and demands creation program for the business unit through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategies to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
  2. Oversees product and or service development, pricing, marketing budgets and sales objectives.
  3. Works on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.

C. Financial Management

  1. Develops sales budgets and targets for the business unit/area.
  2. Maintains customer relationships with existing clients and future prospects in order to sustain good revenue growth. Participates in negotiations with customers, contract development and alliance opportunities including regular visits with valued and key clients.
  3. Prepares and implements business development action plans for targeted markets and clients. Approves and monitors execution of action plans prepared by his/her sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals are met.
  4. Implements and maintains business unit financial budgets, approves spending and ensures profitability for the business unit.

D. People Management

  1. Builds effective teams by fostering open discussion and empowering his/her sales team. Creates a common mindset and challenge.
  2. Recommends hiring of personnel in the business unit in accordance with the acquired project costing estimates.
  3. Develops and implements strategic plans, as well as overseeing and directing business unit staff to ensure successful operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A graduate of ECE/COE or IT related courses
  • With at least 5 years solid experience in the same capacity at serving the enterprise sector

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • With strong leadership qualities, excellent managerial skills and sales skills
  • Excellent knowledge in various computer applications
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English communications
  • Analytical with good business acumen
  • Sound knowledge on the technologies and services being offered by NERA (Phils.).
  • Have good knowledge of competitor products and marketing intelligence.
  • Has high level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Ability to handle complex problem resolution and general management expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • With Designs a network capable of distributing large amounts of computational work across.
  • Sets up security schemes necessary for large amounts network access.
  • Works closely with other team of engineers to bring to market new and innovative technologies.
  • Designs security schemes used for both encryptions and secure communications over the internet.
  • Implements and administers perimeter security systems within the company.
  • Documents computer security and emergency measures policies, procedures and test.
  • Train users and promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency.
  • Monitors use of data files and regulate access to safeguard information in data computer files storage.
  • Modify computer security files to incorporate new software, correct errors, or change individual access status whenever necessary or when immediate superior requires.
  • Performs risk assessments and execute tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
  • Develop plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs.
  • Monitors and maintain current reports of computer viruses to update virus protection systems.
  • Encrypt data transmissions and erect firewalls to conceal confidential information as it is being transmitted and to keep out tainted digital transfers.
  • Review violations of computer security procedures and discuss procedures with the concerned to ensure violations are not repeated.

    Skills and Qualifications:
  • A graduate of B.S. Computer Science or any degree related.
  • Has at least one year work related experience with Application Servers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in composing written communications.
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
  • Excellent in verbal and writing communication skills to clients and with other members of the organization.
  • With excellent working attitude and has the ability to perform on a fast phase and multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day to day activities.
